Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless guest flow and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of professional spa therapists to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies, ensuring quality and availability.
- Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols in accordance with luxury resort standards.
- Handle guest feedback and inquiries with grace, ensuring proactive service recovery.
- Analyze spa revenue reports and assist in meeting monthly occupancy and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the front office and resort management to promote spa packages to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-end luxury spa or resort.
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and retail product management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Relevant certification in Spa Management or related hospitality field is preferred.
