This position is perfect for someone looking for a consistent, structured schedule, working a 4-day work week from Wednesday to Saturday.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our laboratory operations, ensuring that all samples are handled with precision, integrity, and strict adherence to safety protocols. You will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our workflow by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies. We are looking for an individual who is methodical, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, label, and document incoming laboratory samples following strict chain-of-custody protocols.
- Perform sample preparation tasks in accordance with standardized laboratory methodologies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace at all times.
- Ensure all activities strictly adhere to company policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory SOPs.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on basic laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Accurately record and update data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Assist senior laboratory staff with various analytical duties and general administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a laboratory or sample handling environment is highly preferred.
- Able to commit to a 4-day work week (Wednesday to Saturday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital data entry systems.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety and quality standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
