Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and testing of food ingredient samples for client applications.
- Support the R&D and Technical team in conducting sensory evaluations and shelf-life analysis.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to health and safety standards.
- Document experimental results accurately and support the creation of technical reports for sales presentations.
- Assist in managing inventory for lab raw materials and chemicals.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on product application testing progress.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to provide technical data needed for customer inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic food chemistry and laboratory instrumentation.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data recording and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and eagerness to learn about the food ingredient industry.
