Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, data recording, and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Monitor and control critical quality parameters during the production process.
- Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure operational accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for quality deviations.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the lab.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a quality control or R&D laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
