Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests and analyses according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples accurately for analytical testing.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure precise results.
- Document all test results, observations, and data in the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
- Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring timely requisitioning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations within the laboratory workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process deviations and support quality control initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting or quality control environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory equipment and analytical software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational needs.
