Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex medical laboratory testing in accordance with established SOPs.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all analytical test results.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation to ensure peak performance and precision.
- Execute rigorous quality control procedures to uphold compliance with national medical standards.
- Document findings thoroughly and prepare detailed analytical reports for senior management.
- Manage inventory of lab reagents, chemicals, and consumables to prevent operational downtime.
- Adhere strictly to biosafety and laboratory waste management protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate test anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM), Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or industrial laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in using advanced laboratory diagnostic equipment and software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple samples simultaneously under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Certification as a professional medical technologist (STR) is highly preferred.
