Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, sort, and label patient specimens accurately according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on clinical chemistry analyzers to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist medical technologists in the preparation of reagents, controls, and calibration materials.
- Manage the proper storage, archiving, and disposal of laboratory specimens and biohazardous waste.
- Perform data entry and verification in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) with high accuracy.
- Ensure a sterile and organized workspace, adhering to strict infection control and workplace safety protocols.
- Monitor laboratory inventory levels and assist in the procurement and replenishment of essential supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or a Diploma in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure clinical environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethical standards.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by hospital operations.
