Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of analytical laboratory instruments at client sites.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment adheres to ISO and industry standards.
- Provide prompt on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain comprehensive service logs and technical documentation for all interventions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to end-users on proper instrument operation and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with the internal support team to order spare parts and manage inventory levels.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in laboratory instrumentation through internal and manufacturer-provided training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in laboratory instrument service or technical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic circuits, mechanical systems, and software interface integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on rapid diagnosis.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to client locations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation and communication.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the service territory.
