We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Manager to lead our team in Antipolo City. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory personnel to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Implement and monitor quality control programs to guarantee accuracy and precision of test results.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from DOH, BOC, and accreditation bodies.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering of supplies, and budget control for the laboratory.
- Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize service delivery.
- Initiate and lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing biosafety and biosecurity protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) in good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission.
- At least 5 years of laboratory experience with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory management systems, quality assurance, and Philippine regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in laboratory information systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work full-time in Antipolo City and occasional weekends if required.
