Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, procedures, and quality control measures
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and improve testing protocols aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and laboratory hygiene standards
- Assist in developing new testing methodologies for product innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory testing experience in food/agriculture industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 or similar quality management systems
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
