Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain mechanical engineering laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Assist academic staff in preparing laboratory setups for practical sessions, workshops, and final year projects.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to students during lab sessions to ensure best practices and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor laboratory inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and initiate procurement requests for consumables and spare parts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including equipment logs, maintenance records, and safety compliance manuals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and laboratory instrumentation, performing minor repairs or coordinating with external vendors.
- Ensure the laboratory environment adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or industrial engineering environment.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical testing equipment, CNC machines, or CAD/CAM software.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and faculty members.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and high-standard laboratory environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learning management systems.
