In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the excellence of our production output by ensuring that all chemical treatments meet our rigorous quality standards.
As our Laboratory Technician, you will be the backbone of our quality control department, managing chemical reagent preparations and conducting systematic testing to support our manufacturing lines. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a technical setting and is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and precise laboratory workspace.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily laboratory testing on chemical treatment lines to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Accurately prepare and standardize chemical reagents for production use.
- Conduct thorough surface quality inspections on processed components.
- Maintain detailed laboratory logs and prepare quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot chemical process deviations.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained in working order.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety and laboratory testing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
