Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for daily experiments and tests.
- Conduct routine chemical, physical, and biological analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Accurately record, calculate, and interpret test results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and reagents.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, waste disposal guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare technical reports and assist in data analysis for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot processes and recommend improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant laboratory experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in the operation of standard laboratory instrumentation (e.g., spectrophotometers, microscopes, pH meters, balances).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
- Knowledgeable in laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data entry and reporting.
- Willing to work in the Ilocos Region and amenable to shifting schedules if required.
