You will work closely with the quality assurance team to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure that all laboratory equipment is functioning correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities such as measurement, testing, and calibration.
- Program and operate laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Perform routine and non-routine testing to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular calibrations of equipment and instruments to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality management system (QMS) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of test results, instrument logs, and calibration data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and resolve technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within manufacturing or quality control.
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, including measurement, calibration, and instrument programming.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory management software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
