Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily labor tasks on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and mentor junior laborers, ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers to interpret technical drawings and project requirements.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials required for daily operations.
- Maintain clear communication between the workforce and site management regarding progress and potential blockers.
- Ensure all site documentation and safety reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure tools are in safe working order.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a laborer or foreman role within the oil & gas or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in both Malay and English.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor as required by site operations.
- Certification in site supervision or relevant technical vocational qualifications is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as project demands dictate.
