Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of laborers and deck crews on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to Halliburton’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and local maritime/oilfield safety regulations.
- Oversee the safe loading, unloading, and staging of heavy equipment and materials essential for engineering operations.
- Conduct pre-shift toolbox meetings to communicate daily operational targets, hazard mitigation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor crew performance, providing constructive feedback, on-the-job training, and mentorship to team members.
- Perform routine inspections of site equipment, rigging gear, and tools to ensure they are in optimal and safe working condition.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and Logistics coordinators to resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas, marine operations, or heavy industrial environments, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of oilfield safety protocols, rigging and lifting procedures, and hazardous materials handling.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of safely managing and motivating diverse labor crews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside technical engineering departments.
- Physical capability and willingness to work in demanding coastal, offshore, or outdoor field environments.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, First Aid, Rigging/Slinging certificates) is highly advantageous.
- High school diploma, vocational training, or technical certification equivalent.
