Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in daily maintenance and repair tasks for vessels and equipment.
- Monitor and record operational data, ensuring all logs and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in safety briefings, risk assessments, and the implementation of strict site safety regulations (HSE).
- Gain exposure to welding, fabrication, mechanical systems, or electrical maintenance depending on the assigned department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and operational efficiency.
- Learn to troubleshoot minor technical issues and perform routine inspections on machinery and structures.
- Provide administrative support related to engineering documentation and material tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or Civil).
- Strong passion for the shipbuilding and marine engineering sector.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts.
- Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, safety-critical workplace.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and capable of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
