Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook traditional hand-pulled noodles (Lamian) according to authentic recipes and restaurant standards.
- Craft a variety of dimsum and dumplings, ensuring high-quality taste, texture, and presentation.
- Prepare rich, flavorful, and authentic soups that perfectly complement the noodle dishes.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Monitor daily food stock, check ingredient quality, and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and smooth service during peak hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Lamian Chef, Cook, or similar culinary role in an Asian restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in hand-pulling noodle techniques, as well as dimsum and dumpling preparation.
- Strong understanding of various soup preparation methods, broth making, and Asian flavor profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity for repetitive hand-pulling techniques.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is highly preferred.
