Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end land acquisition processes for mining and energy projects in Bulungan
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on land titles, ownership claims, and legal compliance
- Lead negotiations with landowners, community leaders, and government authorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, environmental, and project management
- Develop and maintain acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Monitor stakeholder relationships and resolve acquisition-related disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Natural Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in mining/energy sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian land acquisition regulations (PP 36/2020)
- Proven negotiation skills with complex stakeholder groups
- Experience managing remote field operations in Kalimantan region
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance verification
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in challenging environments with minimal supervision
