This is a vital role responsible for overseeing the efficient administration, documentation, and regulation of land assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in land titling, property surveying, and environmental compliance, ensuring all processes align with national government standards and local regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and evaluate land applications, ensuring compliance with existing land laws and circulars.
- Conduct site inspections and technical investigations on land disputes or boundary conflicts.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and recommendations for the approval of land titles and permits.
- Maintain and update official land records and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with the Civil Service Commission and other government agencies to streamline land management processes.
- Facilitate public information campaigns regarding land ownership rights and responsibilities.
- Represent the organization in legal and administrative hearings related to land management matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in land administration or property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Public Land Act and relevant registration laws.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in mapping software and land records management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Eligibility: Must possess appropriate Career Service Professional eligibility or relevant professional board license.
