Are you a student or recent graduate with a passion for geodesy, civil engineering, or land surveying? Alam Sutera Realty, a leading developer in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Land Mapping Intern to join our professional planning and development team in Tangerang.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the real estate development lifecycle by assisting our surveyors in capturing precise data required for large-scale urban development. You will work with state-of-the-art surveying equipment and software, ensuring the accuracy of site dimensions, topographical data, and land boundaries that form the foundation of our world-class residential and commercial projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of land measurement and site surveying activities for new development projects.
- Utilize surveying equipment (Theodolite, Total Station, or GPS) to capture accurate land dimensions.
- Conduct site visits to verify location, size, and physical area of target land plots.
- Prepare and update digital site maps and topographic sketches for the planning department.
- Support the team in conducting feasibility studies by providing precise ground data.
- Document field measurements and ensure all data is correctly entered into CAD software.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure site mapping aligns with project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with land surveying tools and geospatial data collection techniques.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar mapping and design software.
- Strong analytical thinking and extreme attention to detail when recording site dimensions.
- Ability to work in outdoor field environments and travel to project sites within the Tangerang area.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to urban development projects.
