In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive examination of land titles, survey plans, and related documents. Your duties will include verifying metes and bounds descriptions, computing technical data, and updating the Registry of Deeds index systems. You will also assist in the preparation and issuance of Original Certificates of Title (OCT) and Condominium Certificates of Title (CCT), playing a crucial role in securing property rights for Filipino citizens. Tanggung Jawab
- Examine and verify documents submitted for land registration, including titles, deeds, and survey plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Torrens system and Land Registration Authority policies.
- Compute and prepare metes and bounds descriptions and technical data for land titles.
- Perform quality control checks on registration entries to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Update and maintain the Registry of Deeds index systems with accurate land record information.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of Original Certificates of Title (OCT) and Condominium Certificates of Title (CCT).
- Coordinate with surveyors, title owners, and other government agencies to resolve registration issues.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of Metro Manila.
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Eligibility (CSE) for Land Registration issued by the Civil Service Commission.
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related technical field.
- Must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience in land registration, surveying, or document examination.
- Must have a good moral character and reputation as required by Civil Service rules.
- Must pass the appropriate Civil Service Examination (Preliminary or Professional).
- Preferably with knowledge in computer-assisted drafting (CAD) or GIS software.
