Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Prepare detailed topographical maps and boundary documentation
- Analyze survey data to identify potential land constraints or opportunities
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to align survey findings with development plans
- Ensure all survey activities comply with Indonesian land regulations and industry standards
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports with clear data visualization
- Maintain accurate field notes and digital records of all survey activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, Trimble Business Center)
- Certification from Indonesian Surveyor Association (IDI) is required
- Strong understanding of BPN (National Land Agency) regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate advanced surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, drones)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent fieldwork
