Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise land surveying activities including topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
- Utilize advanced surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and translate site requirements into accurate field data.
- Maintain high-standard documentation of field notes, sketches, and digital survey data.
- Collaborate with engineers and site managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify structural alignment.
- Perform data processing and quality control to ensure spatial accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within an MNC or large construction firm.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) and survey data processing software.
- Strong understanding of local land surveying regulations and industry safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in outdoor and site conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
