Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive land, topographic, and hydrographic surveys to support engineering design and construction activities.
- Operate and maintain high-precision surveying equipment including Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, and Digital Levels.
- Establish and maintain precise geodetic control networks and benchmarks across various project sites.
- Perform complex survey calculations and data processing to generate accurate maps, CAD drawings, and technical reports.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers and project managers to provide layout and staking for construction phases.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with local land laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized field notes, sketches, and digital records for project documentation and audit purposes.
- Monitor site progress and perform volume calculations for earthworks and material tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in land surveying, preferably within an MNC or large construction firm.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and LISCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern surveying instruments and GPS technologies.
- Registered with the Land Surveyors Board or relevant professional body is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in outdoor site environments.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations across Sarawak as required.
