Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company’s land transport fleet.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize transit time and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure the seamless execution of delivery schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance programs and ensure all units comply with roadworthiness and safety standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to government regulations, company policies, and safety protocols across all transport activities.
- Manage and reconcile essential transport documents, including delivery receipts, trip tickets, and incident reports.
- Prepare regular operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in driver scheduling, performance evaluation, and addressing operational concerns or bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or logistics coordination.
- Solid understanding of Philippine land transport regulations and compliance requirements (LTFRB, LTO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with fleet management or TMS software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City and be flexible with work schedules when necessary.
