About the Role
RMEV Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Valenzuela City. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate the seamless movement of goods to ensure timely deliveries. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Manage warehouse documentation such as delivery receipts, packing lists, and inventory reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for storage, material handling, and order fulfillment.
- Assist in training warehouse staff and overseeing daily task assignments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or inventory management.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations is an advantage.
- Team player with leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning.
