We are currently looking for a diligent and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, Shah Alam. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Manage daily inventory levels, perform stock counts, and update inventory records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring all orders are dispatched correctly and on time.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, including heavy lifting as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any stock discrepancies or urgent delivery requests.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in a related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations).
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or computer literacy.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid forklift operation license is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
