- Develop and optimize land transportation routes for cost-effective and timely delivery
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to schedule shipments and track progress
- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Manage transportation budgets and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with logistics teams to integrate land and sea transportation networks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land transportation planning or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in route optimization software and transportation management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and metrics
- Knowledge of Philippine transportation regulations and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
