Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive landscape designs aligned with client briefs and sustainability principles
- Conduct site analysis, environmental assessments, and feasibility studies
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors during implementation phases
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure project approvals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional landscape design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and scale
- Knowledge of Malaysian climate conditions and native plant species
- Certification from Malaysian Institute of Landscape Architects (MILA) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
