Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Surabaya area to grow the client base.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, property requirements, and design preferences.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, landscape designs, and quotations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and post-project follow-up.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our landscaping services, plant varieties, and irrigation solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and field operations teams to ensure project specifications meet client expectations.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related landscape consulting role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
- Knowledge of landscaping principles, garden maintenance, or horticulture is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits across Surabaya.
- A proactive "hunter" mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
