Tanggung Jawab
- Create innovative landscape designs that meet client needs and project specifications
- Develop detailed site plans, planting schemes, and construction drawings using industry-standard software
- Conduct site analysis, including soil assessment, drainage evaluation, and existing vegetation inventory
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for landscape projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive design implementation
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and new design technologies
- Oversee project implementation when required, ensuring designs are executed according to specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of local plant species, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and technical proficiency
- Professional certification (e.g., Landscape Architect license) preferred
