Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and develop detailed landscape designs and master plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct thorough site analysis, including soil testing, sun exposure, and drainage assessment.
- Prepare technical drawings, planting layouts, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Select and specify appropriate plants, trees, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively throughout the design and construction phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related design field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in landscape design and project management.
- Proficient in CAD software, 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit), and graphic design programs.
- Strong understanding of local plant species, soil conditions, and hardscaping techniques in the Johor region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
