In this role, you will be responsible for transforming outdoor and interior spaces into lush, living masterpieces, with a specialized focus on bespoke orchid installations and high-end residential landscaping.
As our Landscape Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients to interpret their vision and translate it into functional, beautiful, and nature-integrated designs. We value innovation, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of tropical horticulture. Whether designing expansive garden layouts or intricate vertical orchid displays, your work will directly impact how our clients experience their living environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts, mood boards, and detailed planting plans for diverse client projects.
- Specialize in the procurement, design, and maintenance planning of high-quality orchid installations.
- Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, including renders and technical drawings, to communicate design intent to clients.
- Coordinate with contractors and landscaping teams to ensure high standards of execution and site preparation.
- Select sustainable and site-appropriate plant species, ensuring long-term health and visual appeal.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate soil, lighting, and environmental conditions before initiating design projects.
- Manage project timelines, budget estimates, and material procurement, ensuring designs are delivered within scope.
- Stay current with global landscaping trends, innovative irrigation systems, and botanical conservation techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in landscape design or botanical installation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative landscape projects, ideally with evidence of work involving exotic plants or flowers.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of tropical flora, specifically orchid care and mounting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with premium clientele.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot onsite installation challenges.
