In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of landscape projects that enhance the value and beauty of our master-planned communities.
As a Landscape Engineer, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution. You will work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure that all green infrastructure, public parks, and residential landscapes meet our high standards of quality and environmental sustainability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed landscape design plans, technical drawings, and specifications for various property projects.
- Coordinate with civil engineering and urban planning teams to ensure proper grading, drainage, and irrigation systems.
- Manage the selection and procurement of high-quality plant materials and hardscape components.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work complies with designs, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure budget adherence and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate plant health and landscape maintenance needs.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and native plant species integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in landscape engineering or site development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design/modeling software.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, soil health, and local vegetation species.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and translate design concepts into actionable construction plans.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
