As part of our facilities management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement seasonal planting schemes, irrigation systems, and ecological preservation initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain aesthetically pleasing landscapes for Mall Bekasi's public areas and green zones
- Develop seasonal planting plans and irrigation schedules ensuring optimal plant health and water efficiency
- Supervise landscape maintenance teams including pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and turf management
- Monitor landscape health through regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for landscape construction projects and material procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports for landscape performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional landscape maintenance experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Knowledge of local plant species, soil conditions, and climate-appropriate vegetation
- Certification in landscape management or pest control is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
