Join Little Key Montessori Preschool & Daycare as a passionate Language Teacher specializing in Mandarin and English! Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Mandarin and English lesson plans aligned with Montessori methodology
- Create immersive language environments through songs, stories, cultural activities, and interactive play
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Integrate language development into broader Montessori curriculum areas (practical life, sensorial, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain teaching materials, visual aids, and language-focused learning resources
- Communicate student progress and classroom activities to parents through regular updates
- Participate in school events, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning
- Maintain a safe, organized, and culturally inclusive classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages
- Minimum 1-2 years experience teaching languages to preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with Montessori principles or early childhood education methodologies
- Strong classroom management skills with patience and creativity for young learners
- Certification in language teaching or early childhood education preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams
- Passion for cultural education and fostering global awareness in young children
