Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various laptop brands and models effectively.
- Perform hardware upgrades, including RAM, SSD, and battery replacements.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers to help them choose the right products or solutions for their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at the SM Manila service center.
- Upsell computer accessories and maintenance services to enhance the customer's computing experience.
- Keep accurate records of all repair requests, service statuses, and inventory usage.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed within the agreed-upon turnaround time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Computer Engineering, Electronics Technology, or any related IT course.
- Proven experience in laptop repair, maintenance, and hardware diagnostics.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on professional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet branch performance targets.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required by mall operations.
- Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment.
