Tanggung Jawab
- Support and optimize laser machine operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Design, develop, and test new laser applications for various industrial and manufacturing processes
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, troubleshooting laser system issues and implementing effective solutions
- Document application test results, create technical documentation, and maintain accurate records of all processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and production to develop customer-specific laser solutions
- Stay current with industry advancements in laser technology and application methodologies
- Train customers and internal staff on proper laser machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of laser systems and recommend improvements or modifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in laser technology, laser applications, or related engineering field
- Strong technical knowledge of laser systems, including CO2, fiber, and diode lasers
- Experience with laser application testing, process optimization, and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in technical documentation software and data analysis tools
