Tanggung Jawab
- Operate laser cutting and CNC machinery to execute precise material cuts according to technical specifications
- Monitor equipment performance, calibrate settings, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal output
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with design requirements
- Interpret technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and project documentation to determine cutting parameters
- Collaborate with engineering team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed production logs, inventory records, and quality documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating laser cutting and CNC machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding material properties
- Certification in CNC operation or laser cutting technology preferred
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain dimensional tolerances
- Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor equipment repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced production environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
