Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to precisely cut metal materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine cutting parameters
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with dimensional requirements
- Optimize cutting processes to maximize efficiency, minimize material waste, and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with production team to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or CNC operation preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines or similar CNC equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery
- Ability to work with precision measuring tools and quality control standards
- Knowledge of metal materials and their cutting characteristics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced production team
