Tanggung Jawab
- Operate laser cutting, bending, and shearing machines with high precision and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor machine operations continuously to ensure output meets strict quality, dimensional, and finish standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of laser and shearing equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and OSHA standards while handling heavy industrial machinery.
- Inspect finished metal components for defects, burrs, or inaccuracies before they leave the workstation.
- Adjust machine settings, feeds, and speeds based on specific job blueprints and production requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machines, CNC machinery, or shearing equipment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity required to operate heavy machinery and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control and precision.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data and completing required reports.
