Tanggung Jawab
- Execute cargo lashing and securing procedures according to international maritime safety standards.
- Operate professional lashing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough pre-transit inspections of cargo to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Coordinate with crane operators and ground staff to ensure seamless loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain accurate records of lashing activities and cargo documentation.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on lashing gear and storage equipment.
- Participate in emergency response drills and continuous safety training workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Secondary School education or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or maritime operations is an advantage, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an outdoor port environment.
- Ability to interpret safety symbols, instructions, and cargo labels accurately.
- A proactive team player with a high level of integrity and safety consciousness.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or public holidays as required by port operations.
- Able to commit to full-time training provided by the company.
- Valid certification in port operations or workplace safety is a plus but not mandatory.
