Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, uniforms, and guest textiles according to quality standards
- Inspect all items for stains, damage, or wear; perform stain removal treatments as needed
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies and report equipment maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols and safety regulations in the laundry area
- Coordinate textile distribution to housekeeping and other departments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of laundry processing and inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior laundry/housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of textile care, stain removal techniques, and laundry chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to operate industrial machinery following safety protocols
- Good communication skills for team coordination and supply requests
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
