Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linen and guest clothing according to established standards
- Inspect all items for damage and report maintenance issues promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and guest services for timely delivery of items
- Document processing activities and maintain accurate records
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial laundry operations preferred
- Knowledge of fabric care techniques and stain removal methods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
