Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest garments according to established procedures
- Inspect cleaned items for quality and ensure all stains are properly removed
- Handle guest garments with care, following special instructions for delicate items
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance staff
- Work efficiently to meet daily laundry demands while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hotel laundry or similar environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of stain removal techniques is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
