As a key member of our housekeeping operations, youâll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy crisp, clean linens and impeccable laundry services. Working alongside a friendly and professional team, youâll handle a variety of tasksâfrom sorting and washing to drying, ironing, and foldingâso every item meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What youâll do:
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment with safety and efficiency.
- Follow care labels and standard procedures to treat different fabrics and textiles.
- Monitor and manage laundry supply inventory, including detergents and fabric softeners.
- Maintain a tidy, sanitized work area in line with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and frontâdesk staff to prioritize guest requests and special orders.
- Keep accurate logs of processed items and daily production metrics.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment.

- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold clothing, linens, and other textiles according to care labels.
- Monitor inventory of detergents, fabric softeners, and other laundry supplies; reorder as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness protocols, maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machines and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to meet guest laundry needs efficiently.
- Adhere to safety procedures, including handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of processed items and daily production targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous laundry or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and fabric care.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
