- Oversee daily operations of the laundry department to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services
- Manage and train laundry staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Monitor quality of laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and finishing
- Implement and maintain proper inventory control for laundry supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet laundry service requirements
- Manage budget for laundry operations, including cost control and expense management
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in laundry management or similar supervisory role in hospitality
