Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing according to standards
- Inspect cleaned items for quality and ensure proper storage/distribution
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report equipment maintenance needs
- Provide responsive customer service for guest laundry requests
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols in all operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Previous laundry/housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling laundry items
- Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and fabric care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn standard operating procedures
