Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to fabric types and resident requirements
- Inspect and treat stains using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Manage laundry supply inventory and request restocks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility
- Handle customer inquiries regarding laundry services and processing times
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations preferred
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and understand fabric care requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Basic knowledge of stain removal techniques and laundry chemicals
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
